By accessing or using the services provided by Agentic Beaver ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Agentic Beaver provides AI assistant setup, configuration, and integration services ("Services"). The scope of each engagement is defined in the applicable order or agreement between you and the Company.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.
4. Payment & Pricing
All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change; however, any changes will not affect orders already confirmed. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our installations, all sales are final once work has commenced. If we have not begun your installation, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting contact@agenticbeaver.com.
6. Intellectual Property
All workflows, configurations, and materials created during your installation remain your property. Agentic Beaver retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifying data for internal improvement and marketing purposes.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to required accounts and systems, and ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Beaver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in question.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
